James B. Hoer, MD

Internal Medicine

Dr. Hoer relocated to Asheville from Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi, where he served active duty as an officer and ten years in the reserves. He and his wife, Nancy, have three children. Dr. Hoer enjoys running, biking, and swimming at the triathlete level. He joined Carolina Internal Medicine in 1993.
